The fourth PreHistoric Animals album can be described as a dystopic version of the movie Love actually. It’s about people finding love where they least expect it. The country girl finding the love of her life in a female cyber soldier. A couple meet in a bar, get married the same night and sign up for the ultimate proof of love program. Employee number 10 is about to blow up the whole factory when she falls in love with number 4. These are only a few of the included love stories. A dark 80’s vibe with de-tuned heavy riffs has been added musically. But if you’re a fan you will still hear the playful melodies, the complicated but still groovy rythms and the very unique sound from the earlier albums. The time has come for "The Magical Mystery Machine (chapter 2). The story of Cora and Jareth collecting the humanitys abilities continues. This time they realize that they are part of a universal plot. Almost like a Truman show on planetary level. Jareth gets imprisoned by the "Protectors of the universe" organization when he is forced to let Cora go on with the quest on her own. She begins to like being "The chosen one" and the end of the world is coming closer.....

On September 30th 2020, PreHistoric Animals first concept album was released - The magical mystery machine (chapter 1). The story is based on Cora and Jareths diary; written somewhere, sometime in a world not far from here. Cora is given the mission to collect humanitys good and bad sides. Perfection and imperfection. Fear, happiness, greed and all the other things that make us human. She receives a box with a mysterious device inside where all the information is stored. She finds out that the world is dying and she is the only one on earth that knows except for her sidekick, Jareth who isn’t even half as brave as her. All information inside the device will be used to re-create earth somewhere else in the universe and they are promised to go there if their mission get’s accomplished.

On November 30th 2018, PreHistoric Animals first album was released. At the time Samuel and Stefan created everything. Having played together in different bands since 2003 they started to write more progressive rock oriented music. Even here there is a subtle underlying theme about stupid, ignorant dictators destroying the world.
